Tvorba paní Rúčkové má duši a poetiku. Obrázek Blíží se Vánoce ve mě vyvolává vzpomínky na dětství, na vánoční čas a krásné zimy. Prostý motiv vyzařuje klid, lásku a ztišení. Je laskavý, stejně jako jeho autorka.
